Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all preventive and curative maintenance activities across multiple industrial sites
• Plan maintenance interventions and ensure compliance with service continuity commitments
• Oversee maintenance budgets and utilize CMMS (GMAO) for tracking and planning
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interventions involving electricity, mechanics, and automation
• Manage spare parts inventory and relationships with external suppliers and service providers
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and procedures
• Analyze performance data and propose continuous improvement actions to clients

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+2 degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or electrotechnics
• 5 to 10 years of significant experience in a similar industrial maintenance role
• Strong technical knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and automation
• Proficiency with IT tools (Google Suite) and CMMS (GMAO)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Valid driver's license (Permis B), CACES, and electrical/chemical certifications
• Ability to manage multiple sites and handle on-call duties (12 weeks per year)
