About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scheduled maintenance plans and asset replacement programs for the Roberto Garza Sada Center.
  • Manage and administer operational and investment budgets for maintenance and services.
  • Oversee specialized service contracts required for the operation and conservation of university buildings.
  • Provide high-quality, timely responses to maintenance requests from the university community.
  • Collaborate with remodeling departments to define technical specifications for new infrastructure to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Manage and develop operational staff, including maintenance technicians, cleaning, and gardening personnel.
  • Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in planning and executing infrastructure maintenance for hotel, educational, or commercial sectors.
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programming.
  • Proficiency in Lean production methodologies.
  • Experience using quality tools such as AMEF (FMEA) for problem-solving.
  • Basic English proficiency.
