Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct maintenance functions, including mechanical and electrical installations, service, and repair to maximize equipment productivity.
• Direct management of salaried and hourly employees in support of production requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and implement preventive maintenance programs and prioritize repair initiatives.
• Lead the Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance Program for all facility equipment.
• Implement and continuously improve Facilities Reliability Management System standards and procedures.
• Work with the design team to manufacture and install production fixtures and estimate costs for necessary tools and dies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all equipment service, repair orders, and maintenance expenses.
• Partner with leadership to drive safety betterment and continuous improvement of predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant maintenance or engineering experience.
• Considerable knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and plant operations.
• Ability to read and work from wiring diagrams, blueprints, and written specifications.
• Ability to apply mathematical formulas and standard engineering data to develop tool configurations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess production schedules and plan maintenance to minimize downtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology.
