Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise automation/robotic technicians, maintenance staff, electricians, and general contractors
• Manage the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including heavy ton stamping presses and robotics
• Oversee facility maintenance including air compressors, chill water systems, overhead cranes, and lift trucks
• Implement and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all equipment and processes
• Schedule and supervise new equipment, process, and building installations
• Manage the maintenance budget, including cost monitoring and monthly reporting
• Perform synchronous problem solving for manufacturing equipment and processes
• Report weekly on the status of scheduled plant maintenance

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma with 5-7 years of related experience, or 10-15 years of technical training
• Millwright C of Q certification
• Proven hands-on technical skills in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a multi-shift environment
