About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the implementation of routine highway maintenance
- Coordinate and monitor project infrastructure inspections according to the Inspection and Maintenance Manual
- Schedule temporary traffic arrangements for maintenance works in collaboration with the Traffic Control Center
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and suggest improvements to the Project Director
- Supervise additional works and heavy maintenance projects
- Oversee the training of maintenance personnel in relevant subject matters
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in highway maintenance project supervision
- Strong knowledge of technical standards and road maintenance regulations
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language
