Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance operations in coordination with operations teams.
• Supervise major maintenance and renewal (GER) works and manage the associated budgets.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including recruitment, training, and skill development.
• Identify and propose technical solutions to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure the proper use of CMMS (GMAO) tools and maintain high-quality activity reporting.
• Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the implementation of prevention plans.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with new construction projects to ensure continuous operational availability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers in collaboration with procurement departments.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, or automation.
• Proficiency in using CMMS (GMAO) tools and maintenance methodologies.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements regarding safety, maintenance, and industrial operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster team cohesion and a positive social climate.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets and priorities effectively.
