Maintenance Manager - Sports Zone

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scheduled maintenance plans and asset replacement programs for the sports zone infrastructure.
• Manage and administer operational and investment budgets.
• Provide high-quality, timely service in response to maintenance requests from the university community.
• Oversee and manage specialized service contracts required for building operation and conservation.
• Collaborate with remodeling departments to define technical specifications for new infrastructure to optimize efficiency and costs.
• Supervise and develop operational staff, including maintenance technicians, cleaning, and landscaping personnel.
• Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement areas and implement continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in planning and executing building infrastructure maintenance within the hotel, educational, or commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programming.
• Experience with sports facility and swimming pool maintenance.
• Basic English proficiency.
