Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility equipment and building maintenance to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage routine preventative maintenance programs and ensure all documentation is maintained within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Lead and direct the activities of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and outside contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and act as a liaison between Corporate Engineering and the General Manager for facility improvement projects.
• Manage maintenance budgets, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic planning for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Ensure all work complies with EH&S standards and participate in facility safety programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to maintain a 24-hour on-call status for troubleshooting assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated healthcare or sterilization environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects and vendor relationships.
