Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance tasks
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
• Monitor equipment performance and implement measures to improve reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with operations teams to address recurring issues and identify root causes of failures
• Manage the maintenance budget and optimize expenditures
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors for specialized services and equipment procurement
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and repair logs
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and organizational policies
• Manage appropriate replacement and repair parts inventories

Requirements

• Associates degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• 5-10 years in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading improvement efforts in Maintenance Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
