Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors for specialized services and equipment procurement
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and repair logs
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and organizational policies
• Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, evaluating long-term needs for major projects

Requirements

• Associates degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• 5-10 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience leading improvement efforts in Maintenance Reliability, Predictive, and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
