Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce logistics including absences, leave, training, and performance to maintain social cohesion and collective productivity
• Adapt human and material resources to meet organizational objectives
• Oversee the equipment fleet and spare parts inventory
• Supervise all curative maintenance activities
• Manage the department budget and establish investment forecasts for retrofitting
• Identify opportunities for outsourcing (make or buy decisions)
• Manage, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management
• Deep technical knowledge in automation, hydraulics, electricity, and pneumatics
• Extensive experience in both preventive and curative maintenance management
• Proficiency with continuous improvement and problem-solving tools (e.g., QRQC, 5M, 5 Whys, 5S)
• Proficiency in office software, ERP, and CMMS (GMAO) systems
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
