Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime
• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities, including major overhauls, inspections, and repairs
• Manage maintenance and capital budgets, including purchasing of parts, supplies, and equipment
• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Provide technical support to production personnel

Requirements

• 2 years of technical education
• 7 years of manufacturing plant maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, rotating equipment, instrumentation, and control systems
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
