Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage material, technical, and human resources for the maintenance process at Bogotá pipe extrusion plants.
• Ensure equipment availability by identifying maintenance needs and preventing unplanned downtime.
• Design and manage predictive, preventive, and periodic maintenance programs for production and service equipment.
• Participate in capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, and timeline budgets.
• Manage maintenance objectives and lead the assigned team toward achieving business goals.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with labor unions.
• Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension).
