Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Daily review of work orders and task assignment to maintenance staff
• Verify task completion and assess quality of work performed
• Schedule work based on routine preventive maintenance schedules
• Coach and train maintenance employees on proper techniques and skills
• Inspect production equipment, machines, and tools
• Coordinate with outside services for specialized maintenance tasks
• Submit preventive and corrective maintenance records into eMaintenance software
• Order necessary repair parts while managing monthly budgets

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management or plant engineering in manufacturing
• Industrial experience in repair and maintenance of production equipment
• Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Ability to maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors and control systems
• Experience troubleshooting industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the glass manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Knowledge of Total Preventative Maintenance
