Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all machines and equipment
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient work execution
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, cost estimates, and reports
• Liaise with external service providers for specialized repairs and technical support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within industrial or manufacturing settings
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance best practices
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
