Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure high performance
• Monitor machine performance, identify technical issues, and resolve them quickly
• Manage spare parts inventory and secure critical components
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize workflow disruptions
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, reports, and performance metrics
• Work with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in industrial/factory maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance best practices
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Fluency in Arabic and English
