Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the building and thermal, refrigeration, and electrical equipment
• Train staff and ensure compliance with safety processes for goods and people
• Select external providers, negotiate, and monitor maintenance work in agreement with the Regional Maintenance Manager
• Manage contractual services and control bodies
• Guarantee legality of practices by monitoring compliance and new regulations
• Follow ISO 22000-50001 and waste treatment standards to reduce environmental footprint
• Manage and monitor operating and investment budgets
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including recruitment, training, and performance management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance management role
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Digital literacy for tracking maintenance and upkeep services
