Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance teams for Delaware Basin Sour Gas (DBSG) assets, focusing on strategic planning and project objectives.
• Lead multiple geographically dispersed teams in identifying, planning, and performing maintenance and field measurement activities.
• Develop and sustain a culture of high performance, accountability, and safety.
• Oversee maintenance crew activities by working with Frontline Supervisors to develop weekly activity schedules and ensure cost-effective technician utilization.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage materials, supplies, and outside services.
• Drive production-centered operations through effective resource management and the use of operational reporting and metrics.
• Establish clear expectations for organizational behavior through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
• Develop and manage the financial budget for the assigned area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Seven (7) years of general maintenance experience.
• Three (3) years of leadership experience.
• Three (3) years of oil and gas industry experience (midstream experience preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

• Relevant craft experience and licensure.
