Maintenance Manager

Magle Biopolymers is part of the Magle Group, an international life science group specializing in dextran technology. As a CDMO entity, the company develops and manufactures advanced polymer-based materials for medical products in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including planning, prioritization, and follow-up
• Ensure high uptime and reliability of production equipment and utilities
• Drive preventive maintenance programs
• Support production with troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance within safety and quality standards
• Manage external suppliers, contractors, and service agreements
• Participate in future technical projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance and technical operations

Requirements

• Bachelor in Technology Management, Marine Engineering, or similar technical background
• Solid experience in maintenance within a production environment (preferably pharma, biotech, or food industry)
• Leadership experience or strong potential for a leadership role
• Structured and solution-oriented work style with high accountability
• Ability to balance pragmatic solutions with quality and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Danish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated life science environments
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
