Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and image personnel to ensure facility comfort and operational efficiency for both internal and external clients.
• Coordinate staff schedules, including absences, vacations, and overtime, using the CRONOS platform.
• Manage material requests, purchase orders, and supply chains to ensure service order fulfillment.
• Administer the maintenance budget and execute the annual Global Maintenance Plan.
• Analyze maintenance metrics via the SIM platform to develop improvements for preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations and STPS standards to mitigate operational risks.
• Supervise service providers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Manage and record corrective maintenance activities through the SIM platform.
• Respond to audits by developing timely action plans with assigned responsibilities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing maintenance and facility image personnel.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management platforms (SIM) and scheduling software (CRONOS).
• Strong ability to manage budgets, purchase orders, and material procurement.
• Knowledge of STPS safety regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Experience supervising external service providers and contractors.
