Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, tactical leadership to a team of maintenance technicians during commissioning and startup
• Implement maintenance procedures, planning, scheduling, and work order management
• Oversee testing, inspection, predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance
• Lead technician development through training and skills assessment
• Ensure availability of tools, materials, and trained personnel
• Coordinate maintenance work with production and planning resources
• Lead the maintenance safety program and conduct safety meetings
• Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• 8+ years of maintenance or reliability experience in industrial manufacturing
• AAS in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, at heights, and stand/walk frequently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
