Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Technicians across all shifts and manage 24/7 scheduling
• Lead the preventive maintenance program for production equipment and facility systems
• Oversee the hazardous waste compliance program including labeling and inspections
• Perform complex troubleshooting of furnace systems, compressed air, and electrical systems
• Drive root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Manage contract service providers and enforce SOP compliance
• Drive 5S and lean manufacturing practices on the production floor

Requirements

• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory maintenance role with direct reports
• 5+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience
• Deep knowledge of industrial furnace systems and high-temperature electrical systems
• Advanced electrical competency including 3-phase systems, VFDs, and PLCs up to 480V
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician or equivalent formal electrical certification
• Experience with additive manufacturing or 3D printing systems
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification
• PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
• Experience with capital project planning or equipment procurement
