Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance departments at the Devon Clean Air manufacturing facilities, overseeing safety, operating costs, and manufacturing support.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations in alignment with company values.
• Implement and manage critical spare parts programs and preventative/predictive maintenance schedules.
• Drive safety initiatives, including area safety audits, emergency response execution, and incident investigations.
• Optimize equipment efficiency and reliability by monitoring process system performance and identifying necessary upgrades.
• Support continuous improvement (CI) and 5S activities to enhance plant productivity and quality.
• Manage capital programs to meet capacity, cost reduction, and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all quality systems, hazardous waste procedures, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility equipment including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, chilled water, and roofing.
• Proven experience with Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Reliability Programs.
• Hands-on experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze equipment needs to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Experience with Robotics, Automated Systems, and PLCs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
