Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of building systems and facilities
• Lead, schedule, and support maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Develop and manage facility maintenance budgets and control operating costs
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team performance
• Coordinate facility renovations, moves, and improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in maintenance management
• Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Proven track record of implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Strong knowledge of tooling management and tracking systems
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
