Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of automation, manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment, and building grounds
• Motivate, coach, and inspire a team of associate managers and technicians
• Provide project management support and manage outside vendors for repairs
• Ensure compliance with maintenance regulations and food safety standards
• Collaborate with distribution center departments to identify and solve problems
• Backfill Associate Maintenance Manager roles as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing facilities maintenance/operations in Food, Beverage, Perishables, or Distribution industries
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to work in cold environments (up to 40F)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and/or nights
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
