Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability and resource readiness.
• Manage emergency responses and coordinate external works, verifying the quality and compliance of contractors.
• Analyze equipment failures and investigate accidents to implement preventive measures and reduce downtime.
• Administer annual budgets and resources, reviewing expense reports and optimizing maintenance costs.
• Ensure continuous improvement and quality standards by participating in strategic projects and team training.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in maintenance management.
• Proven experience in programming preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong skills in budget administration and cost optimization.
• Experience in technical staff leadership and team development.
• Proficiency in project management and vendor negotiation.
