Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity and reliability of machines, equipment, and plant infrastructure
• Maintain the machinery park in full working order and optimize production line utilization
• Plan and supervise technical inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules
• Monitor and continuously improve KPIs related to safety, downtime, costs, and energy consumption
• Conduct data analysis and report results using reporting systems
• Initiate and implement improvements to increase production process efficiency
• Lead and oversee investment projects, including planning and execution
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools within the maintenance department
• Manage the technical team (mechanics, automation specialists) and coordinate with subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, quality procedures, and health and safety (BHP) regulations
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize the stock of critical components

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Higher technical education or a degree related to production management
• In-depth knowledge of machine construction, control systems, and power systems
• Proven experience in managing technical teams
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with KPIs
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Communicative English language skills
• High level of organization, independence, and responsibility
