Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and craft occupations to repair machines, mechanical equipment, and building structures.
• Comply with all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions using blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machine efficiency and building integrity.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Estimate repair costs and record all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Order necessary parts, supplies, and equipment from suppliers or storerooms.
• Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, and plumbing.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED (10+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of education).
• 5+ years of relevant maintenance or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
