Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement maintenance methods to reduce downtime and optimize asset use
• Partner with manufacturing teams to meet production and quality targets
• Provide technical expertise to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
• Coordinate training for maintenance staff, operators, and team leaders
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Lead efforts in 5S, Visual Factory, and spare parts management
• Drive improvements during equipment changes using root cause analysis
• Coordinate support services including machining, welding, and electrical work
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing maintenance teams and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of TPM, preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance
• Experience using data and monitoring systems to improve reliability
• Familiarity with shop floor systems such as PLC or robotics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme industrial environments
