Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and manage equipment installation and commissioning
• Develop and manage a robust preventative maintenance program including spare parts management
• Conduct equipment FMEAs and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations
• Implement and manage the site CMMS to track asset documentation and work orders
• Oversee daily maintenance functions including project planning, breakdowns, and repairs
• Manage and train department team members to establish and maintain suitable programs
• Partner with cross-functional plant departments to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation
• Review maintenance KPIs such as safety, uptime, and departmental spend metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Engineering BA/BS preferred)
• 8-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience with formal preventative maintenance programs and work order processes
• Proficiency using CMMS platforms for asset management and performance analysis
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (8-12 hours) and work in variable weather/noise conditions
