About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations and manage equipment installation and commissioning
- Develop and manage a robust preventative maintenance program including spare parts management
- Conduct equipment FMEAs and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations
- Implement and manage the site CMMS to track asset documentation and work orders
- Oversee daily maintenance functions including project planning, breakdowns, and repairs
- Manage and train department team members to establish and maintain suitable programs
- Partner with cross-functional plant departments to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation
- Review maintenance KPIs such as safety, uptime, and departmental spend metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Engineering BA/BS preferred)
- 8-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience with formal preventative maintenance programs and work order processes
- Proficiency using CMMS platforms for asset management and performance analysis
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (8-12 hours) and work in variable weather/noise conditions
