Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for a high-volume manufacturing site, ensuring facilities are fully operational and safe.
• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct equipment FMEAs and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations.
• Implement and manage the site CMMS to track asset documentation and work orders.
• Oversee daily maintenance functions including project planning, breakdowns, repairs, and facility upkeep.
• Manage and train department team members to establish and maintain suitable maintenance programs.
• Select and develop relationships with local and national vendors for third-party support.
• Review Maintenance KPIs including safety, uptime, spend metrics, and PM adoption.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Engineering BA/BS degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience leading preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms for managing work orders and asset documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods (8-12 hours).
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and environments with high noise levels.
