Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for production machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems issues
• Manage maintenance of workshop building, including HVAC, electrical, and compressed air systems
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff and technicians
• Manage external contractors and negotiate service contracts
• Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools
• Enforce health and safety rules and OSHA/local regulations
• Manage annual maintenance budget and CapEx projects
• Track maintenance activities using CMMS

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in mechatronics engineering
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Direct experience with CNC routers, laser cutters, and metalworking equipment
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven leadership and team management skills
