Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and economical daily and long-term maintenance of equipment at the assigned power plant.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and I&C maintenance, including scheduling and preventative maintenance.
• Lead and manage employees, including responsibility for performance reviews, training, and recruitment.
• Develop and monitor the Maintenance Department budget and assist in plant operating budgets.
• Coordinate plant maintenance outages, overhauls, and contract repair shop work.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage new equipment warranties and Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA).
• Remain on-call 24/7 to respond to potential power plant issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, degree from a technical/vocational school, or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of power generation experience in gas turbine power plant maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory or work leadership experience.
• Intimate knowledge of repair and maintenance practices for heavy frame combustion turbines.
• Valid state driver’s license.
