Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment maintenance to ensure high technical availability and implement maintenance procedures within the MAE process landscape.
• Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation, promoting concepts and improving maturity levels.
• Manage maintenance costs and spare parts availability, including stock planning and "Make or Buy" strategies.
• Drive digitalization transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives to enable connected maintenance and improve efficiency.
• Manage and develop the MFM organization, including coaching future supervisors and technical experts.
• Oversee section management tasks such as capacity planning, budget tracking, and performance assessments.
• Lead shop floor management activities including 5S, EHS coordination, and skill matrix development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on continuous improvement (CIP) and benchmarking activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of technical working experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing a team of approximately 20 people.
• Strong knowledge of Lean process management and systematic problem-solving.
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing; German language skills are a plus.
• Methodical and structured working style with strong coaching and communication skills.
• Financial knowledge and experience in budget planning and tracking.
