Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security by enforcing health, safety, and fire regulations according to Greek standards
• Manage and execute repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pools
• Design and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize disruption during high season
• Monitor building conditions and ensure compliance with water safety and pool maintenance regulations
• Recruit, train, and conduct annual appraisals for the technical team
• Manage operating and investment budgets, utilities, and maintenance contracts
• Implement the Group’s sustainable development policy

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Significant experience in luxury hospitality
• TEE Membership (Technical Chamber of Greece)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• HVAC/Refrigerant License
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Greek

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French
• Experience with Mediterranean climate challenges such as humidity and seismic codes
