Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise planned corrective maintenance work for electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support the evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs.
• Oversee MRO inventory management, ensuring the availability of critical spare parts and accurate documentation within the CMMS.
• Lead daily meetings with the maintenance team to review priorities, safety topics, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage engineering projects and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with safety regulations, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning by forecasting maintenance requirements and assisting with budget preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in Maintenance Supervision.
• 2–4 years of experience using CMMS SAP.
• 2–4 years of experience in designing and implementing Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Working knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
• Ability to work alternating shifts and travel locally or internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering Management or an equivalent field.
• Professional Engineer License.
• 1–2 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or OSHA 18000.
