About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 20 agencies in France and 600 employees, AAI is a leader in fire protection, handling design, prefabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and material costs required for business execution
• Handle billing, collection, and management of unpaid invoices
• Re-analyze and close business files and record extra work with headquarters
• Validate resources for construction sites including aerial platforms, tools, and subcontractors
• Determine personnel allocation in collaboration with maintenance coordinators
• Ensure dossiers for CNPP are prepared and followed
• Provide technical support to collaborators
• Maintain client relationships
• Participate in recruitment for the service alongside the agency SAV manager
• Supervise personnel under direct responsibility

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Interest in project management
• Knowledge of fire protection technical standards
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments
