Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and reliability of all production equipment by monitoring results through key performance indicators.
• Oversee the follow-up of projects and the development of improvement plans, coordinating modifications, maintenance, and expansions of machinery.
• Maintain bottling and auxiliary equipment in optimal condition to prevent production failures.
• Control maintenance expenses to reduce departmental costs and contribute to company profitability.
• Guarantee the quality of preventive and corrective maintenance services to meet production needs.
• Coordinate human resources to ensure maintenance tasks are completed within stipulated times and objectives.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in production supervision.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Advanced skills in team coordination, work equipment management, and environmental legislation.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), objective deployment, and performance evaluation.
