Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective plant maintenance
• Supervise energy consumption and ensure departmental budget compliance
• Lead improvement projects on production lines and manage authorized CAPEX
• Manage auxiliary equipment services in coordination with production and purchasing departments
• Track indicators and generate reports using SAP Maintenance
• Plan and administer activities for the technical team and facilitators
• Coordinate the work of external providers on-site
• Implement actions to prevent accidents and reduce industrial risks
• Supervise and optimize the use of spare parts and plant services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Leadership or Head role within manufacturing plants
• Essential knowledge of the plastics industry and related machinery
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (SAP PM preferred)
• Ability to analyze maintenance efficiency indicators including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and equipment availability
• Experience in continuous improvement project coordination and CAPEX control
• Knowledge of plant utilities such as substations, cooling towers, and compressors
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills
