Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize maintenance processes, including spare parts procurement and management
• Define and monitor maintenance schedules and standards
• Lead and coordinate internal maintenance personnel and external contractors
• Support the planning and execution of expansion and renovation projects
• Maintain and develop technical documentation within the department
• Monitor and improve work instructions and safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training
• Qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (degree preferred)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the maintenance of chemical plants
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
• Experience with SAP and MS Office/Google tools
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation
