Maintenance Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of equipment failures to assist in developing a library of maintenance work procedures
• Assist with surveillances and data gathering for organizational performance monitoring
• Document existing processes and propose improvements for increased efficiency
• Identify communication breakdowns within teams and propose strategies to enhance channels
• Support the Nuclear Safety Quality Culture by emphasizing safety and quality values

Requirements

• Currently in at least Sophomore year toward a BS degree in a related scientific field
• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain a Department of Energy (DOE) badge for site access
