Maintenance Logistics and Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance work orders to identify required parts, tools, and documentation
• Assemble and label maintenance kits accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure component availability
• Maintain organized storage of kits and ensure timely delivery to maintenance teams
• Track kit usage and return unused items to inventory
• Assist in updating and maintaining the CMMS
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in maintenance, inventory control, or manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with industrial tools, parts, and maintenance procedures
• Basic computer skills with CMMS or ERP experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
