About the role
Responsibilities
- Review maintenance work orders to identify required parts, tools, and documentation
- Assemble and label maintenance kits accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure component availability
- Maintain organized storage of kits and ensure timely delivery to maintenance teams
- Track kit usage and return unused items to inventory
- Assist in updating and maintaining the CMMS
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in maintenance, inventory control, or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with industrial tools, parts, and maintenance procedures
- Basic computer skills with CMMS or ERP experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
