Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure healthcare facilities are operational and safe
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Assist with minor repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance efforts
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues
• Coordinate facility repairs and improvements with vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, safety compliance, and equipment servicing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Understanding of healthcare-related safety standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
