Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Leading and guiding maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
• Plan and assign daily maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive work
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintain and update CMMS for work orders and equipment history
• Source and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Support continuous improvement projects and plant-wide initiatives

Requirements

• 5 years of practical experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting
• 2+ years leading and managing a team of mechanics
• In depth knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques
• Experience with parts/inventory, writing work orders, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
