About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings to align activities, define priorities, and provide performance feedback to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure the quality of corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as technical inspections.
  • Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and propose technical solutions.
  • Manage the acquisition of parts, materials, and services, including technical specification and system tracking.
  • Elaborate maintenance plans, inspection procedures, and technical descriptive memorandums.
  • Manage third-party contractors and supervise technical service contracts.
  • Partner with the Operations team to coordinate maintenance shutdowns and manage communications during emergencies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of automation and integration, including PLC, SCADA, electrical systems, motors, and automation networks (Profnet, Ethernet, Ethernet-IP).
  • Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and maintenance indicator management.
  • Experience in team leadership and supervision of third-party technical contracts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools like Power BI or Data Studio.
  • Experience with maintenance management software, preferably SAP PM.
  • Availability to work the night shift (18:00 to 06:00) in Perus, São Paulo, on a Marshall scale.
