Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance technicians, providing hands-on guidance for complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with production supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure equipment reliability.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, plan maintenance schedules, and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and preventive maintenance strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred).
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with industrial machinery, automation, and PLC systems (basic troubleshooting).
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
• Experience with PLC programming.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
