Maintenance Journeyman/Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed automation equipment, tooling, and associated machinery to designed standards
• Repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic devices
• Perform basic PLC programming for troubleshooting equipment and processes
• Troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic circuits and analyze technical documentation
• Monitor measurement systems and performance indicators to proactively respond to negative trends
• Perform regular preventative maintenance (PMs) and assist in machine changeovers
• Use hand tools and precision test equipment including micrometers, calipers, and multi-meters
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve quality, cycle times, and process performance

Requirements

• Journeyman's card or a minimum of 3 years of technical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of 480V 3 phase electrical systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or process automation
• Proficiency in reading electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings within SAP/CSE
