About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished goods through cycle counts and physical inventories
- Update ERP and warehouse systems to monitor and report low stock
- Stage materials for production and receive/inspect incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation
- Record receipts, adjustments, and issues in inventory logs
- Prepare labels, pick lists, and shipping documents
- Deliver materials promptly to designated production lines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in warehousing, inventory, or material handling
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Emaint
- Industrial or high volume manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Kanban, lean, or pull systems
