Maintenance Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished goods through cycle counts and physical inventories
• Update ERP and warehouse systems to monitor and report low stock
• Stage materials for production and receive/inspect incoming shipments
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation
• Record receipts, adjustments, and issues in inventory logs
• Prepare labels, pick lists, and shipping documents
• Deliver materials promptly to designated production lines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in warehousing, inventory, or material handling
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Emaint
• Industrial or high volume manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of Kanban, lean, or pull systems
