Maintenance II

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor equipment, manufacturing equipment, facility assets, and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools like multi-meters.
• Complete work orders, PM sheets, and corrective repair logs using CMMS systems and other computer-based documentation.
• Maintain facility infrastructure, including plumbing, interior/exterior lighting, dock equipment, and light construction tasks like drywall and painting.
• Adhere to all department safety requirements, operating procedures, and company standards.
• Work at heights using ladders and aerial lifts and perform tasks in non-climate-controlled environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in material handling equipment maintenance and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand, walk, or bend for prolonged periods (8-10 hours).
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and extra shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams.
• Experience utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
