Maintenance HVAC Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of 10 maintenance technicians
• Plan and distribute daily work orders
• Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan (target >85%)
• Ensure effective response to breakdowns and corrective maintenance
• Manage team priorities and resources in the field
• Report to the Operational Manager regarding intervention status
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environment standards
• Use Maintenance Management Software
• Support stock and material management
• Participate in technical meetings with the client

Requirements

• Experience in industrial maintenance and team coordination
• Valid DGEG accreditation (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience with Maintenance Management Software
• Technical/professional training in Mechanics, Electricity, or Electromechanics (preferred)
• Knowledge of HVAC and Industrial Ventilation systems (preferred)
• Experience in continuous production industrial environments
